The prostate is a specific genital gland in men. It is walnut-sized and weighs about 18 grams. It is located between the bladder neck and the urogenital diaphragm, and wraps around the starting part of the male urethra. Prostate enlargement and hyperplasia easily compress the urethra which result in the difficult urination. Since the surface of the prostate is a compact envelope, most antibiotics cannot travel through this prostatic envelope into the prostate, and so have little or no treatment effect.
Generalized prostatitis is inflammation occurring in the prostate and the surrounding urogenital organs, giving rise to posterior urethritis, seminal vesiculitis, epididymitis, etc2 - What is Prostatitis?
Prostatitis is caused by various pathogenic microorganisms, including both bacterial and non-bacterial. One of the causes is the decreasing immunity of the body to the organism (mainly systemic chronic virus infections) which makes pathogens spread from another part of the body to the prostate and the surrounding urogenital organs.3 - The first etiological factor that can cause Prostatitis.
The second etiological factor is unsafe sexual practices that can cause sexually transmitted diseases to infect the prostate and surrounding urogenital organs; pathogens such as gonococcus, mycoplasma, chlamydia, herpes virus, etc.4 - The second etiological factor that can cause Prostatitis.
Hyperplasia in the inner gland of the prostate can lead to the restricted discharge of urine and easily produce bacteria, which can make the prostate and the surrounding urogenital organs inflamed.5 - The third etiological factor that can cause Prostatitis.
The prostate tissues consist of 30 to 50 acini, which form 16 to 32 tiny ducts with the openings located on both sides of the urethra. These tiny ducts are long and curved with a small diameter in the openings; once infected, it is difficult to discharge the inflammatory secretions, and calcification and blockages form easily. In addition, the hyperplasia in the inner gland of the prostate can make urine flow back to the prostate which can also form calcification and blockages. The pathogens hidden in these blockage and calcification areas can lead to repeated infections and a relapse of the prostatitis condition.6 - Prostate blockage and calcification.
Systemic administration includes Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. The reason for difficulty in curing prostatitis is that these medicines neither penetrate the prostatic envelope nor pass through the calcification and blockage in order to eradicate the pathogens and discharge the calcified and blocked substances. Also this is why conventional treatment would lead to relapse and would take a long time. 3D Prostatitis treatment is the only way to cure the disease completely, especially Prostatitis with calcification and blockage lesions from former treatment.7 - The treatment of Prostate blockage and calcification.
The symptoms of urethral stimulation include frequent urination, urgent urination, and pain during and/or after urination, itching urethra, burning urination, milky urine, and so on. The symptoms of urethral obstruction include hesitation to urinate, the small volume of urination, weak urination, split urine, urine drip, difficulty to urinate, urinary retention, urinary incontinence, etc.8 - The first type of Prostatitis symptoms.
The symptoms of pain include the pain and discomfort in the perineum, pubis, penis, scrotum, testicles, inner thigh, groin, low back, urethra, and pain and discomfort after ejaculation, and so on. The symptoms of sexual dysfunction include decreased sexual function, reduced sexual hypoactivity, abnormal erection, impotence, premature ejaculation, blood in semen, decreased volume of semen fluid, poor semen quality, male infertility, etc.. Other symptoms are dizziness, weakness, poor sleep quality, low energy, hypomnesia, and depression, etc.9 - The second type of Prostatitis symptoms.
Digital Rectal Examination (DRE) is used to examine prostate size and texture and to see whether there is tenderness and hardening. A Transrectal Ultrasound is used to check the prostate size and for various lesions, including infection, calcification, hyperplasia, nodules, cysts, and tumors, etc.10 - The first step of a Prostatitis examination.
EPS Results: the quantity of white blood cell is increased while lecithin is reduced. The white blood cells of the semen increase. The volume of the semen fluid decreases and the quality of sperm reduces. The pathogens can be found through examination of the Prostate and the semen fluids.11 - The second step of a Prostatitis examination.
Prostatitis is universally acknowledged as the most hard-to-treat disease in the medical arena, so, at present, there is no uniform diagnostic criteria and treatment standard established. This is the reason why there are many treatments and drugs; commonly including antibiotics, physical therapy, prostate massage, anti-inflammatory drugs, plant extracts (quercetin and/or bee pollen), muscle relaxant and a-receptor blockers, but in most cases, both doctors and patients are not satisfied with their curative effects.12 - Prostatitis treatment as it stands Today...

Traditional treatments including injection, taking medications, and physical therapy, treat the surface problems. The reasons why the oral and intravenous medications cannot cure prostatitis completely are as follows. Most of these medications cannot penetrate the prostatic envelope, and they cannot even enter the calcified and blocked areas so as to kill pathogens and discharge the calcified and blocked substances. These are the exact reasons that conventional treatment leads to relapse without any future options.
3D Prostatitis Treatment is a therapy that treats the root cause of the disease. Its medications can form high concentrations in the lesion areas which can not only kill inflammation and bacteria, but also discharge the calcified and blocked substances. After treatment, relapse of Prostatitis is very unlikely. At present, its cure rate is extremely high.15 - Comparisons between 3D Prostatitis Treatment and other forms of Prostatitis treatments - Cont..
